- Where is Seedlings & Sprouts based?

Our brick and mortar shop is located in a really wonderful small town in the borough of Doylestown in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. 

- Where are your products shipped from?

We ship all orders out of our store in Doylestown, PA.
 

- What is the status of my order?

We will email you as your items ship and if there is a delay, we will email you with updates! Due to COVID-19, our delivery carriers are experiencing delays in deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options at check out
 

- What payment options are available?

We currently accept payments through PayPal as well as all major credit/debit cards. 

- Can I cancel or make changes to my order? 

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason we are unable to make changes or cancel orders.

- Can I exchange or return my items?

At this time we are not accepting returns or exchanges.
