Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted or ordered from a pre-order/item that has not yet arrived. You will be notified before purchase in these circumstances.

Shipments are not sent out on weekends or holidays.

Due to COVID and shipping delays across the country, please allow for extra time in processing and shipping as these delays are affecting all companies around the world. 

If your order is delayed over 5 business days, we will notify you of the delay through the contact information you provide for us. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Items can be shipped to P.O boxes and APO/FPO addresses if entered into the system and calculated during checkout. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking at time of sending.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Seedlings & Sprouts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Seedlings & Sprouts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Seedlings & Sprouts does ship internationally using UPS or DHL. Shipping charges and fees will be calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy

At this time, Seedlings & Sprouts does not offer returns or exchanges on purchased products.
